High-precision FM stereo tuner. Thanks to the integration of advanced technologies such as the modern PLL electronic tuning circuit and the original DGL detector, this model ensures extremely precise and stable tuning. The DGL detector utilizes the delay time of a high-speed logic IC, optimizing signal reception and minimizing distortion.
One of the key features of this tuner is its ability to tune channels with impressive accuracy of ±0.002%, thanks to the quartz oscillator. This provides exceptional stability, without significant deviation due to temperature or time changes, ensuring that the tuning remains accurate. Moreover, the frequency display uses a static system that does not generate noise, ensuring a clear and precise display.
The T-107 features a memory that allows up to 12 favorite FM stations to be stored. With the manual tuning function, it is easy to select the desired frequency using the Tune button for quick adjustment. Automatic tuning, on the other hand, stops automatically on the next available station. The system also allows for high-speed tuning while maintaining signal stability.
An important section of the Accuphase T-107 is the front-end, which is doubly tuned between the input and amplification stages. This significantly improves the handling of interference (RF intermodulation) caused by high-power input waves, maintaining superior audio quality.
The tuner is equipped with an IF filter that offers two modes: Normal and Narrow. When interference from adjacent stations is high, the Narrow filter ensures perfect reception with optimal selectivity. Additionally, by using the DGL detector and a specially selected group delay filter, the tuner maintains exceptional stability in the capture ratio, without distortion.
The accuracy of the T-107 is further enhanced by its PLL circuit, which uses a synchronization pilot signal from the stereo demodulation section. This system provides an extremely precise 38 kHz switching signal, reducing high-frequency distortion and ensuring optimal separation between stereo channels. Thanks to this circuit, the tuner requires no adjustments and retains its original characteristics over a long period of time, regardless of changes in temperature or power supply.
The Accuphase T-107 also includes a signal strength meter that allows monitoring both the input signal level and the presence of multipath interference, ensuring optimal radio wave reception. Additionally, there is a filter to reduce noise in FM stations with weak signals, a musical switch to eliminate noise between stations, and an output level control for easy adaptation to other audio sources.
With its elegant champagne gold front panel, this model also stands out for its refined design and superior build quality.
