The Denon DCD-3000NE is designed to mechanically and electrically eliminate noise. The chassis features solid aluminum side panels, while the top and bottom covers are made of robust steel sandwich constructions. The exclusive Denon mechanism has been specifically designed for maximum precision and consists of a vibration-absorbing aluminum drawer with a double top plate. The combination of different materials ensures maximum mechanical stability and maximum precision in signal reading. The feet are also made of solid aluminum, optimized to reduce resonances.

To avoid interference between the analog and digital sections, the Denon DCD-3000NE is equipped with two separate transformers with power supplies isolated from each other. The analog transformer windings are made of high-quality OFC copper, and the two transformers are positioned so that they do not transmit interference to each other. In addition, the entire base of the transformer is on a die-cast aluminum platform, which reduces vibrations. The result is a significantly improved signal-to-noise ratio – and therefore audibly superior sound quality.
