The Spendor A9 is a high-quality floorstanding speaker, the result of meticulous engineering design, which distinguishes Spendor for its in-house production of drive units (except for the tweeter). Thanks to in-house design, each drive unit is optimized to deliver superior performance, with polypropylene cones for the midrange unit and Kevlar for the twin bass drivers.

The 103 cm tall cabinet is designed with strategic bracing and a slot port, chosen to provide powerful and controlled bass without affecting the speaker positioning. Despite its compact size, the A9 delivers taut, agile bass reproduction, capable of tracking even the fastest bass lines with precision.

The Spendor A9 also stands out for its exceptional clarity in the mid-to-high frequencies, delivering vocals and details with remarkable naturalness. The high frequencies are refined, clear, and rich, never sounding aggressive or artificial.
