After the initial success of its first products, the Performa line aimed to extend the brand’s reach by offering products designed for both music listening and home theater. In 2004, Revel further enhanced the Performa line with the F52, F32, C32, and M22 models. The construction and design of the speakers were of primary importance to the company. As with all Revel products, the drivers were designed in-house and manufactured to strict standards.

The F32 speakers, standing at 107 cm tall and weighing over 31 kg each, are aesthetically magnificent. The design is timeless, clean, and minimalist, and the same can be said about the sound. These speakers are equipped with two 6.5" ceramic composite woofers housed in a ported chamber, a 5.25" mid-woofer of the same type, housed in its own tuned enclosure, and a 1" titanium dome tweeter capable of reproducing almost the entire frequency range (36–24,000 Hz) with a sensitivity of 86 dB.

Although the specifications may make the F32 speakers seem demanding in terms of amplification, they perform excellently with solid-state or integrated amplifiers ranging from 100–200 watts per channel from around the world. The sound presentation is inviting, and the imaging is a true pleasure. The bass response is surprisingly good for such a thin and unassuming speaker. A prime example of excellence all-around, with a natural red cherry finish that is simply spectacular.

These speakers have been thoroughly tested and will not disappoint expectations.
