The Bowers & Wilkins 805 are two-way stand-mount speakers that combine compact size with high-level performance. Despite their small dimensions, they deliver a surprisingly full and detailed sound, easily adapting to any listening environment.

The 805 design features a 25 mm metal dome tweeter, characterized by the classic Nautilus structure with a rear-loading tube, and a 165 mm woven Kevlar mid-woofer. This material, a signature of the brand, ensures high rigidity and excellent resonance control. The Flow Port System bass reflex ventilation is designed to minimize turbulence and enhance low-frequency response.

An important innovation is the Balanced Drive system. By adding copper and aluminum components to the magnetic system, this feature reduces variations in the voice coil inductance, minimizing distortion and improving sound clarity.

The crossover, extremely simple yet effective, employs only one coil and a high-quality capacitor, limiting frequency intervention and allowing the drivers to operate with maximum naturalness. This enables the 805 to deliver a fluid, transparent, and engaging musical response.

Aesthetically, the 805 retains the proportions and design of the previous series, with meticulous craftsmanship and elegant finishes.
