The E-TP80ES is a sophisticated, meticulously designed power distributor aimed at eliminating the impurities in the electrical network that can compromise the performance of audio and video components. Power quality is often altered by ground noise, voltage spikes and drops, high-frequency interference from switching power supplies and digital processors. Moreover, the domestic power grid is shared with other homes and businesses, further affecting the stability of the current.

The special aluminum chassis of the E-TP80ES provides effective shielding against RFI (Radio Frequency Interference), while a layer of Formula GC-303 absorbs EMI (Electromagnetic Interference). The internal wiring uses low-resistance Furutech μ-14 conductors, and the Hyper Quality SCHUKO outlets feature gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts, ensuring stable and long-lasting current transfer.

Furutech applies its exclusive two-stage Alpha process, combining cryogenic treatment and demagnetization to optimize electrical conductivity. The metal parts undergo a deep freezing with liquid nitrogen or helium at temperatures between -196°C and -250°C, reducing internal stresses and enhancing molecular stability. Following this, the Ring Demagnetization treatment eliminates any residual magnetization, further improving signal transmission.

The E-TP80ES integrates an EMI filter and surge protection system (MOV). This circuit protects components from voltage spikes and lightning, automatically cutting off power in case of anomalies. Additionally, the audio-grade MOV reduces electrical and mechanical resonances generated by electrical resistance and current flow. Dedicated LEDs indicate the proper functioning of surge protection and EMI filters, ensuring a noise-free and interference-free environment.
