THORENS SPU TD 124

MC Moving coil cartridge, a special version of the legendary Ortofon SPU cartridge, specifically designed in collaboration with Ortofon for perfect synergy with the TD 124 DD turntable.

The SPU 124 features a revised generator system that allows for a maximum output of 0.5 mV, reducing the need for high-gain transformers or active preamplification systems.
While still utilizing a highly polished nude elliptical stylus, the stylus tip mass has been significantly reduced, ensuring lower Vertical Tracking Force (VTF) and improved tracking performance.
