The mirror-polished chassis features a terraced aluminum alloy front panel, elegantly shaped transformer housings, and a thick enameled protective cage that fits with precision—an expression of rare craftsmanship. A matching alloy remote control is also included, blending seamlessly with the amplifier’s elegant design.

Inside, the amplifier offers a harmonious integration of printed circuit boards and point-to-point wiring, both executed with exceptional care and precision. Impeccable soldering and a carefully curated selection of components—including respected names like Multicap, Nichicon, and Alps—demonstrate the attention to detail. The power supply is a fully dual-mono design starting from the toroidal transformer, with each channel powered by its own 5AR4 rectifier tube for the B+ voltage, while logic circuits and tube filaments are handled by solid-state rectifiers. Generously sized and high-quality electrolytic capacitors, paired with a robust frame-style choke, complete the classic π filtering stage.

The amplification section follows a tried-and-true design: the signal is routed through a 100k ohm volume potentiometer to a 6SL7 gain stage, then passed to a 6SN7 configured as a cathode follower for impedance buffering, and finally delivered to fixed-bias 300B output tubes operating in pure Class A. Each channel has its own bias trim pot for easy tube adjustment, as well as filament balance pots to minimize hum as the tubes age.

The output transformers are a standout feature, with primary and secondary windings sealed in vacuum chambers before being potted—an approach that reduces vibrations and ensures long-term performance and quiet operation. The result is an amplifier that runs with exceptional silence, both mechanically and electrically, even when paired with highly efficient speakers.

User controls are minimal and focused: a large central volume knob, a button to cycle through input selections, and another to toggle between no feedback and minimal feedback. All functions are mirrored on the remote control, which also includes a mute button.
